On the third Thursday of every month, the museum offers free admission to all visitors with extended hours through 8PM. No reservations are required for Third Thursday admission.
Free Public Tour: Focused Narratives
5PM: A guided tour that takes a deeper dive into the themes and artworks in Forecast Form: Art in the Caribbean Diaspora, 1990s–Today.

Jazz Night
7PM: Join Studio Sessions X MCASD for live jazz, featuring Skate Jazz.
Future is Color® Studio Sessions is a live music experience with a rotating selection of curated sounds every week. For this special presentation of Studio Sessions, Future is Color® Studio Sessions is partnering with the MCASD for a pop up at MCASD La Jolla.
Refreshments will be available for purchase, provided by The Kitchen. Gallery access closes at 8PM; Jazz Night ends at 9PM.
