Founded in 1941, the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego is situated in the picturesque neighborhood of La Jolla, drawing visitors to the museum for art with a coastal view. MCASD’s collection, special exhibitions, and public programs inspire museum goers of all ages and backgrounds. Institutions like ours play a critical role in the cultural development of our community, especially for children and teens.
A charitable gift to the Museum Fund allows MCASD to continue fulfill its mission to invite all audiences to experience our world, our region, and ourselves through the prism of contemporary art.
