Closing Celebration: Carmen Argote
Join MCASD Downtown for the closing celebration of Carmen Argote: Filtration System for a Process-based Practice. The exhibition include sculptures, textile works, paintings, and pieces made from found objects and trash. Six interwoven series of work explore the artist's walking practice, centering around Lincoln Park in East Los Angeles.
The evening will include special remarks by the artist, a DJ, and a cash bar.
