The Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego invites newly engaged and couples alike to The Engagement Party, a one-of-a-kind wedding showcase taking place at MCASD’s iconic La Jolla oceanfront venue.

The Engagement Party takes over the entire Museum of Contemporary Art, with multiple stunning spaces each brought to life by 30+ SoCal creative partners and wedding planners.

Whether you're newly engaged or deep in the planning process, walking through these doors gives you something no algorithm can: a real sense of what's possible and the people who can make it happen.

VIP guests enjoy a curated two-course lunch by MIHO, complimentary engagement portrait sessions, and early access to the showcase for a chance to connect with vendors and explore the Museum at a relaxed, intimate pace before general admission opens.

General Admission: $17.85

Guests are invited to wander freely through the Museum’s stunning spaces, sampling food, meeting florists, discovering photographers, and exploring fully realized tablescapes, live floral design, bridal fashion, stationery artistry, live music, and fine dining–all in one afternoon. This is all set against MCASD’s world-class art collection and architectural backdrop. It is, in short, the closest thing to experiencing your wedding day before it happens.
