Since 1985, MCASD’s Director’s Circle has helped shape the Museum’s identity through their contributions toward the purchase of art for the permanent collection. This year on May 29, we are substituting the traditional dossier with an exciting lecture led by MCASD Senior Curator, Jill Dawsey that highlights the artists whose works are being considered for purchase.
That same evening, the collection galleries will be open for you to enjoy private time among the proposed artworks with The David C. Copley Director and CEO Kathryn Kanjo, Jill Dawsey, and other Director’s Circle Members. This will be a unique opportunity to reflect, discuss, and try to sway votes.
