Novo Dia and MCASD present our final Mornings at the Museum, a bi-monthly wellness and art experience. Each edition of Mornings at the Museum focuses on a different theme, and November's theme is "The Powerful Mind."

Together, we will explore the museum’s breathtaking views, mind-expanding art exhibitions, and innovative architecture, all while participating in an environment of personal growth experiences.

Meditation Room:

Connect with your inner self in our fully designed, deep relaxation-focused, ocean-facing meditation room. Our minimalistic and calming ambient design is intended to let you focus on yourself, while letting the background music guide you into a meditative state of mind where you can explore the wonders of your spirit and soul.

*Any ticket holder can access our meditation room. It will be open from 8:45AM – 12:00PM

**Limited capacity** - Please note that there is a limited number of spaces available to meditate. If the room is full, please just add your name to the waitlist.
