Join us for Laugh-in Live at the Casbah! This evening of stand-up comedy is presented in conjunction with Laugh-in: Art, Comedy, Performance, an exhibition that explores the recent turn toward comedic performance in contemporary art, currently on view at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego's La Jolla location. Laugh-in Live Performers

Comedian/actor Eric Andre is the creator and host of The Eric Andre Show, which was recently picked up for a third season by Adult Swim. Eric was most recently on ABC's Don't Trust the B---- in Apt 23 and in the movie The Internship with Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson. As a comedian, he has performed at clubs, colleges, and festivals all around the country.

Byron Bowers is a stand-up comedian and actor who appears regularly at The Comedy Store, The Comedy and Magic Club, The Hollywood Improv, and The Nerdist Theater. He won the Big Sky International Comedy Competition, Uncle Clyde's Comedy and the Ultimate Laff-Down XVI competitions, and was a Boston Comedy Festival Semi-finalist. He has appeared on the Eric Andre Show on Adult Swim, Comcast TV, and Comedy Central. His debut television stand-up appearance was on Comedy Central's Adam Devine's House Party and on the reboot of BET's Comic View.

America's Funnyman Neil Hamburger is the hardest working comedian in existence, performing up to 399 shows a year internationally to critical acclaim and audience bewilderment. He's toured as the hand-picked opener for Tenacious D, Tim & Eric, and Faith No More, and his TV credits include Fox News' Red Eye, Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Tom Green Live, and Jimmy Kimmel Live. His most recent album, Live At Third Man, was produced by Jack White in Nashville; an earlier Hamburger album was among Spin Magazine's "40 Greatest Comedy Albums Of All Time."

Ever Mainard is a stand-up, actor, writer, improviser, all around funny gal. Ever lives and works in Los Angeles, but she got her comedic start in Chicago where she was one of the city's best stand-ups and a cast member of the esteemed Chicago Underground Comedy. Chicago Magazine credits her being one of the top 100 comics, Metromix/ Redeye named her one of the Top Seven Acts to Watch in 2012, and Gaper's Block credited her as being one of "The Most Influential Women in Chicago Comedy." Ever now co-produces and hosts the critically acclaimed TBS Just For Laughs headlining show, The Shit Show, in North Hollywood. 

Jibz Cameron is a performance/video artist and actor who lives and works in New York City. Her work as alter ego Dynasty Handbag has been seen at The New Museum, The Kitchen, MOCA, REDCAT, OUTFEST, SXSW Film Festival, and Performa '07, '09, '11. She has been heralded by The New York Times as "the funniest and most pitch perfect performance seen in years" and by The New Yorker as "outrageously smart, grotesque, and innovative." She has produced numerous video projects and two albums of original music. Her third evening-length performance, Soggy Glasses, recently premiered at BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music). She is currently in development on a television series with Electric Dynamite.
