raw pea and fava salad + favetta + basil + fiore sardo + roasted pepita chili oil

braised lamb shank in brik + fava quadratini + tendril + tarragon + shaved turnip

angel food cake + sweet pea mint ice cream + lemon verbena curd + white chocolate
